When school finish don’t go to the park and go play you are meant to go home or go skid or go and wait in the office 

The right place at the right time means that when you are playing and the bell rings you need to run to class and be there at the right time. Not like when the bell ring don’t beated that the bell did not ring and don’t go to class like 10 minutes later because your teacher will be worried and you are wasting your learning time outside.
